I completed my bachelors in Computer Science at Rice University, where I developed a database in Java at Jones Graduate School of Business optimized for loading and traversing patent citations. I went on to complete a masters in Mathematics at The University of Chicago, which enabled me to launch a career in distilling complex data for statistical analysis at scale across financial services, ecommerce, and networking. I began to use the Go programming language in 2015, which exposed me to concerns among maintainers including distributed consensus, concurrent memory safety, and cryptography. Over the years, I have found nothing is better than forming a team sensitive to the needs and requirements of customers, as well as the goals and progress of upstream development.
